Unfortunately not under manufacturers warranty, however we advise our customers and clients these circumstances can be covered under your contents or building insurance (this needs to be confirm with respective company policies at the time of claim)
Is my microwave, vaccum cleaner, audio/hifi unit covered for in home serving under warranty?
Unfortunately not under manufacturers warranty, however with some extented warranty agents in home servicing for small electronic equipment can be covered (this needs to be confirm with respective insurance company policies at the time of claim).
Do I need to supply a copy of my purchase tax invoice from the store we bought our audio visual equipment from?
We only need to site your tax invoice, making reference of the date of purchase & tax invoice/docket number.
If outside my manufacturers warranty period, do I need to lodge a claim if extended warranty purchased at the time of point of sale?
Yes, you do need to lodge a claim. Details should be attached to your purchase tax invoice, with instructions on phone number to call if outside manufacturers warranty period.

Will Prestige Electronics dispose of my unit if uneconomical to repair?
Yes of course. We recycle all materials and have weekly distribution of paper/cardboard, metal, glass and foam each week. Making a difference to our future generations.
